Business Head - Spices & Aqua
ITC Limited – Agri Business Division

Mr. Sanjeev Bisht is the Business Head of the Spices and Aqua Business in the Agri Business Division of ITC Limited.

A graduate in Agriculture, Sanjeev joined ITC in 2001 after completing his Masters in Agri Business Management from MANAGE. Subsequently, he has also pursued multiple management programs from IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad and Cornell University.

He played an instrumental role in setting up the Spices business for ITC from its inception and has since been pivotal in driving its growth. He has been a key architect in setting up the backward integration program for the business, which has played a key role in transforming the business into one of the best in the industry in farmer linkages and sustainability practices. He has also expanded the reach of the business to key major customers and spices business today exports to 21 countries across the globe. He is part of ITC Agri Business Division Leadership Team, Chilli Task Force Committee member of Spices Board and currently is management committee member of All India Spice Export Forum.

As the Business Head of Spices and Aqua , he is driving organizational change through customer centric value chain through capability development, team building and data driven supply chain processes.

• Sanjeev is graduate from Manage, Hyderabad and GBPUAT and has completed his AMP from Cornell University.
• Sanjeev has over two decade of cross – functional leadership experience . Througout his career, he has led business across commodity market , retail .
