Shibu Anandarajan is a Graduate in Commerce with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management having more than 30 years of experience, mainly in the global sourcing of spices and herbs. He is currentlythe Chief Procurement officer of Akay group of companies, responsible for global sourcing of all materials, contract farming of spices and herbs, management of backward integration activities in red pepper, turmeric& cumin with a dedicated team of agri operations with the aim of production and procurement of spices with sustainability and traceability. He has played a vital role in setting upagriculture business operations and contract farming of spices for Akay in Cambodia and in Rwanda. He is working for Akay for the last 22 years.
