Mr Tamas Sarkadi is the Global Category Procurement Manager at Kerry Group, the world’s leading taste & nutrition company, with over 15 years' experience in the FMCG sector. He has accumulated a great deal of experience in strategic sourcing, primarily focusing on spices, herbs and dehydrated vegetables. Mr Sarkadi has a good understanding of soft commodity markets as well e.g. cocoa derivatives, sugar, vegetable oils and is passionate about food, sustainability and I like working in a multi-cultural, cross-functional environment.

Mr Sarkadi tries to use his position to make a difference, to make a positive impact and to give something back to the industry that he loved so much by playing an active role in the Sustainable Spices Initiative. As Kerry’s delegate, he joined the SSI in ’16 and have been chairing its Standards Committee for the last 3 years and have a seat on the platform’s Steering Committee as well.
